This week many schools and placements have been looking at mental health for Mind's "Time to Talk Day"

This has inspired this weeks sensory session plan and sensory circuit. This week we have six mindful activities that explore the senses at the same time, and rather than a sensory circuit, we have a guided meditation video to follow
